A low temperature reusable seal structure for lower temperature was proposed and designed,which shows low installation torque.This seal structure has two seal components,the major one was metal and the accessorial one was rubber,which guarantee the reliability of seal.Computation and simulation of the sealability and installation torque were carried out,and experiments were conducted,in which the installation torque was decided and the sealability was tested at normal and low temperature was respectively.Resuits indicate that the seal structure is resusable at low temperature.%提出了一种低温下可重复使用低安装力矩管路密封连接结构,对其进行了结构设计,该结构采用台阶式双道密封连接结构,主密封选用金属碟形圈,采用橡胶O形圈作为辅助密封,对于可能泄漏出金属密封部位的少量气体进行二次密封,从而提高了整体密封可靠性.对安装力矩及密封性能进行了计算分析,确定了安装力矩范围.开展了安装力矩及常温气密试验、常低温循环试验,试验结果表明该密封结构能够满足管路系统低温下重复使用的密封要求.
