拟南芥β-罗勒烯合成酶基因T-DNA插入突变体的鉴定

         

摘要

β-ocimene is one of monoterpene. An important plant communication signaling molecule. In order to further study the role of ft-ocimene mechanism , homozygous mutant with p-ocimene synthase gene expression silence must be got. According to the information published on the TAIR website, we bought the T-DNA insertion mutant of the p-ocimene synthase gene from the TAIR. These homozygous mutants were identified by the way of double-primer method. Finally. 8 stable homozygous genetic mutants were obtained. These homozygous mutants lay good foundation for further investigating the function of p-ocimene.%β-罗勒烯(β-Ocimene)是一种单萜挥发性有机物,亦是一种重要的植物通讯信号分子.为了进一步研究β-罗勒烯的作用机理,需要获得β-罗勒烯合成酶基因表达沉默的实验材料.根据TAIR网站上公布的β-罗勒烯合成酶信息,从美国拟南芥生物资源中心购买该基因的T-DNA插入突变体材料,运用双引物法对这些突变体进行了T-DNA插入位点的鉴定,获得8株稳定遗传的纯合突变体,该结果为深入研究β-罗勒烯的功能奠定了良好基础.
