烟叶烘烤过程中主脉和叶片失水特点研究

         

摘要

研究了烟叶在烘烤过程中叶片与叶脉的失水规律,以及叶脉与叶片之间水分动态与烟叶变黄过程中生理生化之间的关系.结果表明:在陇南烟叶烘烤过程中叶脉和叶片失水并不同步,在烘烤前期先让烟叶强制失水造成水分胁迫环境阶段,叶片失水快,烟叶失去的主要是叶片中的水分,叶片失水率大于叶脉;在烟叶变黄期,叶脉失水率大于叶片;烟叶变黄后到大卷筒期叶片失水率大于叶脉;干筋期叶片已基本干燥,失去的水分主要为烟筋中的水分.叶脉和叶片失水不同步是由烟叶的组织结构和烘烤进程决定的,水分的动态变化有利于促进叶内化学成分的转化,与烟叶生理生化反应相关联,叶脉在烟叶变黄过程中起到了水源地和原料库的作用.%The water loss characteristics of main vein and leaf during tobacco flue curing,and the relationship between water dynamics and physiological and biochemical were studied.The results showed that the water loss of leaf and vein during tobacco flue curing was not synchronized in Longnan.In the early stage of baking,the water loss of leaves is faster than that of vein;the water loss of tobacco leaves was mainly the water of lamina.The water loss rate of lamina was faster than that of the vein.In the yellowing stage,the water loss rate in veins was greater than that of lamina.During yellow period,the water loss rate of lamina was faster than that of the vein.During the stem drying stage,the tobacco leaves was basically dried,the water loss was mainly in the veins.The order of water loss between lamina and vein was determined by the organizational structure and the process of tobacco baking.The dynamic change of water is conducive to promoting the transformation of chemical constituents of tobacco leaves,associated with the physiological and biochemical response of tobacco leaves.
