从“环境艺术设计”到“环境设计”--环境设计专业转型发展与建设的思考1

摘要

With the new round of discipline adjustment in 2011, the undergraduate major ‘Environmental Art Design’ was renamed ‘Environmental Design’. The author elaborates his understanding of this renaming according to his rich experience in the teaching and research of this major, considering this change as an inevitable result of the development of both this major and the society. ‘Ecologicalization’ is the core of future education and research of this major. The author also interprets the trend of contemporary environmental design and makes suggestions for the transformational development of Environmental Design Major from two aspects: clarifying the attributes and orientation of this major as wel as strengthening its teaching and the research on design theories and methods.%随着2011年国家新一轮学科的调整，本科专业“环境艺术设计”更名为“环境设计”。笔者结合自己多年从事该专业教学与设计研究的经历，阐述了对定名为“环境设计”的理解与认识，认为是其自身与社会发展的必然，“生态化”将是未来专业教育与研究的核心，并通过对当代环境设计趋势的解读，从厘清专业的属性与明确专业定位、加强专业教学和设计理论与方法的研究等两个方面，提出了环境设计专业转型发展的建议。
