探讨赛络纺加装压力棒隔距块的纺纱工艺.针对赛络纺粗纱定量轻、供应能力不足的问题,在赛络纺提高粗纱定量的条件下,通过采用异形曲面压力棒隔距块,适当减小粗纱捻系数,调整细纱隔距、加压、胶辊位置等工艺参数,较好地解决了因加装压力棒隔距块造成的细纱牵伸不开问题,改善了成纱质量,提高了粗纱机的供应能力,降低了生产成本.赛络纺加装压力棒隔距块使管纱3 mm毛羽及A3级纱疵增加较多,有待进一步改进.%Spinning processing of siro spinning installing pressure bar spacer was discussed. According to the problem of siro spinning roving lighter weight per unit and supply ability shortage, in condition of increasing siro spinning roving weight per unit, profiled pressure bar spacer was adopted, roving twist factor was reduced properly, spinning gauge,pressure,rubber-covered roll position et al were adjusted,yarn draft problem caused by installing pressure bar spacer was solved. Yarn quality could be improved,supply capacity could be improved and production cost could be reduced. But bobbin yarn 3 mm hairiness and A3 grade yarn defects were increased and need to be improved.
