上海地区夏季细纱车间热湿处理过程研究

         

摘要

Hydrothermal process on spinning workshop in Shanghai in summer was discussed. According to outdoor dry bulb temperature of 2011 summer in Shanghai area,outdoor meteorology area was divided,different adjustments case were adopted according to each area temperature & humidity and energy-saving demands. Outdoor air enthalpy hW and processing exhaust enthalpy hW1 were contrasted. The result shows when hW is larger or equal hN1, indirect evaporative fooling was adopted in spinning workshop, days of using indirect evaporative cooling is only 70% of summer, comparing to traditional air condition,cooling capacity can be saved 10% to 20% . It is considered that better energy-saving effect can be realized according to actual situation of spinning workshop.%探讨上海地区夏季细纱车间热湿处理过程.根据获得的2011年夏季上海地区的室外干球温度信息,将室外气象区进行划分,每一分区根据温湿度和节能要求采用不同的调节方案.通过对室外空气焓值hw 与工艺排风焓值hN1的对比,得出:当hw>hN1时,在细纱车间采用间接蒸发冷却技术,与传统空调相比,可节约10%~20%的制冷量,且使用间接蒸发冷却的天数占总天数的70%.认为:根据细纱车间具体情况采取措施,可以实现较好的节能效果.
