等离子体处理时效性与涤纶织物润湿性能关系

         

摘要

研究等离子体处理时效性产生原因及对涤纶织物润湿性能的影响.采用常压空气等离子体对涤纶织物进行表面改性处理,观察了未处理和处理后放置不同时间的纤维表面形貌,并测试织物表面化学成分及涤纶织物经等离子体处理前后的润湿时间.结果表明:等离子体处理可以显著提高涤纶的表面润湿性,但在放置过程中,去离子水的润湿时间会随涤纶表面含氧基团数量的减少而延长,而纤维表面的刻蚀效果与刚处理后相比则无明显的区别.认为:等离子体处理的时效性是由涤纶纤维表面C、O化学组分的改变所造成.%Reasons of atmospheric plasma timeliness and effect on polyester fabric wetting property were studied. Polyester fabric surface were treated and modified by atmospheric air plasma. Fiber surface morphologies were observed before and after treatment in different time. Fabric surface chemical composition was tested, wetting time bf polyester fabric before and after treated by plasma were tested as well. The result shows that surface wetting property can be improved obviously after plasma treatment, while in the placement process, wetting time of deionized water will be extended as the decrease of polyester surface oxygen-containing groups. There is no obvious difference for etching effects of fiber surface before and after the treatment. It is considered that plasma treatment timeliness is caused by fiber surface C and 0 compositions changes.
