探讨Modal翡翠珍珠纤维喷气涡流混纺纱生产工艺.阐述了翡翠珍珠纤维的性能特点,选用Mo-dal和翡翠珍珠纤维纺制喷气涡流混纺纱.通过对翡翠珍珠纤维进行预处理,采用包混的方式进行混和,在各工序采取必要的工艺技术措施,并严格控制温湿度,成功开发出了Modal/翡翠珍珠纤维65/35 18 tex混纺涡流纱,满足了产品开发的需求.%Processing of Modal pearl modified Rousi fiber blended vortex yarn was discussed. Property of pearl modified Rousi fiber was introduced. Modal fiber and pearl modified Rousi fiber were selected to spin vortex yarn. Pearl modified Rousi fiber was pre-treated. Bale blending was selected. Necessary processing measures were adopted in each process, temperature and humidity were controlled strictly. Finally Modal/pearl modified Rousi fiber 65/35 18 tex vortex yarn can be spun successfully, demand of production development can be reached.
