基于三维表面图像的织物起毛起球客观评级

         

摘要

The method and effect of fabric surface three-dimensional image using in the objective evaluation for fab-ric fuzzing and pilling grade were discussed.Ten kinds of fabric were used as test sample for Martindale tester.After ab-rasion,the fabric fuzzing and pilling subjective grade were obtained by manual visual inspection.The stereoscopic vision system was adopted to obtain fabric three-dimensional images,nine fuzzing parameters and four pilling parameters were picked up.The correlation between fuzzing and pilling parameters with objective grading were analyzed through multiple linear regression.The test results show that three-dimensional test method can be used to evaluate fabric fuzzing and pill-ing appearance properties and to obtain the grade of fabric abrasion.It is considered that the fabric fuzzing and pilling de-gree can be evaluated accurately through stereoscopic vision system.%探讨织物表面三维图像用于客观评价织物起毛起球等级的方法和效果.将10种面料作为测试样本经马丁代尔试验机摩擦后,由人工目测获取织物起毛起球主观等级,采用立体视觉系统取得织物三维图像,并从中提取9种起毛参数和4种起球参数,通过多元线性回归方法分析起毛起球参数与主观等级的相关性.试验结果表明:三维图像检测方法可表征织物起毛起球的外观特性并得出织物磨损程度的等级.认为利用立体视觉系统可以对织物起毛起球程度进行较准确的评价.
