添加n-SiC铝合金复合阳极氧化膜与硬质阳极氧化膜的磨擦磨损性能

         

摘要

Optical microscopy and thickness gauge were used to study the interface structure of cross section and longitudinal section of hard anodic oxidation film and complex anodic oxidation film with n-SiC addition. The results of SEM and EDS show that n-SiC entered into the oxide film. Performance of the complex anodic oxidation film was tested by friction and abrasion testing and salt-fog corrosion testing. The results show that the complex anodic oxidation film with n-SiC addition had better properties.%采用金相显微镜、测厚仪对铝合金硬质阳极氧化膜和添加n-SiC复合阳极氧化膜的横截面组织、纵截面组织进行分析和研究,采用扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪证实n-SiC进入了氧化膜中,运用磨损试验对复合阳极氧化膜性能进行了性能检测,结果表明,添加n-SiC铝合金复合阳极氧化膜的耐磨性能较好。
