大型回转类设备现场修复介绍

Laser repair is currently a new surface treatment technology, but basically all equipment which needs to be repaired should be disassembled and transported to the professional manufacturer for repair. In this article, due to the transport difficulties, long term for disassembly which affected the production seriously for large shaft neck equipment, the measures of site laser repair are put forward and solves. It is the first time for domestic large-scale equipment repair on site, which has a very good reference value for large scale shaft neck field repair.%激光修复是目前国内一种新型的表面处理技术，但基本上都需要将待修复设备拆卸运输至专业厂家进行修复。介绍了关于大型轴颈类设备由于运输困难、拆装工期长严重影响生产的情况下，提出并解决了现场激光修复的应对措施，在国内大型设备现场修复尚属首次，对大型轴颈类现场修复具有很好的参考价值。
