我国矿业海外投资存在问题及风险研究

摘要

矿业海外投资效益关乎国家"走出去"战略的实现和国内资源保障程度.结合我国当前矿业海外投资的现状,从市场、投资体系、企业等多个方面总结了投资过程中存在的问题,并对投资过程中出现的各类风险进行识别,得到资源条件、技术工艺、建设条件、社区及公共关系等八大风险因素,再对这些风险因素进行深入分析得到具体的二十项影响因子.基于研究成果,提出了针对矿业海外投资风险的五点建议,为后续矿业海外投资项目提供参考.%Overseas investment in mining industry is related to the realization of the national "go global" strategy and the degree of domestic resource protection. In the light of the current situation of China's mining overseas, the problems in the investment process were summarized from the market, the investment system and the enterprises. And then through identifying all kinds of risks arising from the investment process, eight risk factors were got, including resource conditions, technological process, construction conditions, community and public relations. Finally, these risk factors were further analyzed to get twenty specific factors. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward five suggestions on the risk of overseas investment in mining industry, and provides reference for the overseas investment projects of the mining industry.
