10kA稀土电解炉钨阴极堆焊技术研究

         

摘要

针对10kA稀土电解炉上插钨阴极腐蚀消耗严重无法焊接再利用行业技术难题.探索特殊的补焊工艺和参数,解决堆焊处熔接效果不理想,在热应力作用下熔接面易产生裂纹,导电性能差,通过大电流易发红,强度低容易断裂,焊接部位在低于1000℃条件下即出现熔化现象,加速腐蚀,溶体掉进炉内影响金属质量等技术难题,实现10kA稀土电解炉钨阴极焊接再利用.%Aiming at the 10kA rare earth electrolytic furnace inserted on the tungsten cathode corrosion consumption can not be serious welding recycling industry technical problems. To explore the repair welding technology and special parameters, solve the welding department welding effect is not ideal, under the action of thermal stress of weld cracks, conductive performance is poor, through a large current can be red.
