不同于传统的建筑混凝土施工技术,装配式施工需要在施工场外进行梁柱等结构的加工与处理工作,然后把构件运输到施工现场实施安装.装配式施工技术的引入,使得施工技术方法以及管理流程均出现了很大的转变,所以为了保证管理工作的合理性、有效性以及全面性,应当对建筑装配式施工方法进行严格的质量管控,同时注重各个部门之间的有效沟通,从而使装配式施工工程的质量有所提升.在此先是论述了装配式建筑常见的一些施工质量问题,之后探讨了其有效的控制途径,并围绕某具体案例说明了装配式建筑项目施工质量的控制方法.%Prefabricated construction needs to process the structure of the beam outside of the construction site, and then transport the beam to the construction site to implement the component installation, which is different from the traditional concrete construction technology. The introduction of prefabricated construction technology, the construction technique and management processes change a lot, so in order to ensure the rationality and validity of the management, it should be strict with the quality control prefabricated construction method, at the same time, pay attention to the effective communication between different departments, so that the prefabricated construction engineering quality is improved. This paper discusses some common construction quality problems of the prefabricated construction at first, then discusses the effective method to control, and illustrates the quality control method of prefabricated construction according to specific cases.
