自流排渗施工技术在永平铜矿尾矿库的应用

         

摘要

Taking the 2#dam reinforcement project at Yancang Tailing Depot, Yongping Copper Mine, Jiangxi Copper Group as an example, the horizontal tailings draining construction technology of tailings pond under some special engineering geological conditions is studied. The research shows that in order to prevent wellbore inclination during the construction of water collecting wells, correction measures can be adopted, such as, firstly, inclining 1-3 degrees to the upstream direction and digging more sand downstream; when horizontal hole drilling is adopted, the casing is followed up, inner and outer pipe drilling tools break the soilrotaryand be flushed by high-pressure water. During the drilling process, if we encountered clay gravel, tailings and non-weathered larger rocks, we should replace drill, using different drilling technology; at the same time, in order to drill through the tailings and weathered mountains, we need to design and use a special drill, whichcan significantly improve the construction efficiency; drainage pipe was installed in place after the top with a fixed drill pipe firmly to take special measures to prevent the tailings mortar water from going into the casing and draining the gap between the resulting huge friction, which can significantly increase borehole success rate.%以江铜集团永平铜矿燕仓尾矿库2#坝加固治理工程为例,研究尾矿库在某些特殊工程地质条件下的水平自流排渗施工技术.研究表明,集水井施工时为防止井筒倾斜,可采用先向上游方向倾斜1-3度和向下游多挖砂土的纠偏措施;水平成孔钻进时采用套管跟进、管内和管外钻具回转破土和高压水流冲洗工艺.钻进过程中遇到粘土碎石、尾砂和未风化较大岩块时应更换钻具,采用不同的钻进工艺;在同时依次钻穿尾砂和风化山体时需设计使用一种专用钻具,可明显提高施工效率;排渗管安装到位后要用钻杆顶牢固定,采取专门措施防止尾矿砂浆水进入套管与排渗管之间的空隙而产生的巨大摩阻力,可显著提高成孔成功率.
