催化裂化富气压缩机喘振主动控制技术经济分析

摘要

催化裂化装置中,为避免压缩机的喘振,通常采用大功率压缩机使其稳定工作,常带来固定投资高、操作费用大等问题.采用主动控制可以扩大压缩机的稳定工作范围,并使压缩机工作在高性能区,因此笔者提出使用一个小功率压缩机通过主动控制作用的方法实现大压缩机相同的工作效果,同时还可以达到减小压缩机的投资费用和操作费用的目的,分别从可行性、经济节能性等方面验证了方案的有效性.%Making' use of high-power compressor to avoid compressor surge in fluid catalytic cracking unit can result in high investment and operating cost; and active control can expand a stable work region and can make compressor work at high performance areas, so replacing a high-power compressor with a small-power one with active control function to achieve the same effect was proposed; and proving the effectiveness of the proposed scheme from the feasibility and energy conservation was implemented.
