高精度应变信号采集模块的设计

         

摘要

设计了应用于称重传感器的高精度应变信号采集模块,该模块采用四线制供电方式的传感器并联桥路,提高了模拟信号处理的抗干扰能力;采用高精度A/D转换器ADS1213芯片实现数字信号转换;转换器与CPU之间采用光耦隔离提高了抗干扰能力;通过软、硬件结合的信号校正方法提高了信号采集精度,研制了应用于集散控制系统的两路应变信号采集模块,实现称重传感器的应变信号实时采样和处理.%A high-precision strain aignal acquisition module for weighing sensors was designed, including the parallel bridge road for sensors which adopting four-wire power supply mode to improve anti-interference capacity in analog signal processing; and the ADS1213 chip for high-precision A/D converter can realize digital signal conversion; the light coupling isolation between converter and CPU can promote anti-interference. By applying the signal correction method which boasting of a combination of software and hardware, the signal acquisition accuracy can be improved. Two-way strain signal acquisition module developed for DCS can realize realtime sampling and processing of strain signals from weighing sensors. The test results show that this module can have high-precision signal acquisition and processing realized.
