PLC在天然气调压站智能监控系统中的应用

摘要

In order to reduce the cost of communication between S7-300 and Modbus,the 224XP PLC and EM277 Profibus Module were used to replace CP341 Modbus module in intelligent monitoring system.The system can acquire status of key components and can exchange data between SCAD and station control system,including the PID control on both station exit pressure and flow.%为降低S7-300 PLC的Modbus通信成本,以某市天然气调压站的站控系统为例,介绍采用西门子224XP PLC和EM277 Profibus模块替代CP341Modbus模块通信的方法.该站控系统实现了对调压站关键部件的状态采集和控制,实现了远程SCAD系统与站控系统的数据交换,同时还对调压站的出口压力和流量实现了PID调节控制.
