摘要

For full automation of the vertical scraping centrifuge''s control system, the sensing technologies for the revolving speed, oscillation, filling and temperature measuring and the position detection were adopted;and the working principle, applications and effects of these technologies were introduced.Successful application of these sensing technologies greatly improves the level of centrifuge automation and its working efficiency and the safety of operators and security of operation environment, including the equipment and products can be ensured.%为实现立式刮刀离心机自控系统的全自动化,在系统中采用了转速、振荡、填充、温度和位置检测传感技术.介绍了这些传感技术的工作原理、使用情况与应用效果.
