Objective To investigate the hierarchical management method in the clinical care management in effect. Methods 40 selected hospital nurses were divided into experimental and control groups, the experimental group nurses' management levels, nurses in the control group using the conventional management model to manage the two groups were compared before and after nursing management theory knowledge, operational test results.Results The theoretical knowledge in the two groups of nursing management, operating technical test results, the difference (P>0.05), and management, the nurses the theoretical knowledge of the experimental group, operating test results were significantly better than the control group, The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of hierarchical management in the clinical care management has a good clinical effect, it is worth to continue to promote the use of.% 目的探讨分层次管理法在临床护理管理中的应用效果.方法选取湖南省中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院护理人员40名，平分成实验组和对照组.实验组护理人员采用分层次管理法进行管理，对照组护理人员采用常规管理模式进行管理，比较两组护理人员管理前后的理论知识、操作技术考核成绩.结果两组护理人员管理前的理论知识、操作技术考核成绩比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；管理后实验组护理人员的理论知识、操作技术考核成绩均明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论分层次管理法在临床护理管理中具有良好的临床应用效果，值得继续推广应用.
