13例MRI表现不典型脑膜瘤病例分析

摘要

Objective Analysis of the MRI findings of atypical meningioma,to improve the MRI diagnosis of meningioma. Methods Collected 13 cases proved by pathology after operation of meningiomas,Retrospective analysis of MRI manifestations. Results 4 cases of cranio-orbital communicating meningioma ,2 cases of flat meningioma.3 cases of predominantly cystic meningioma. 1 cases of radiation-induced meningioma. 3 cases of multiple meningiomas(including 1 patients with bilateral acoustic neuroma). Conclusion A few meningioma with atypical MRI manifestations, alert at the time of diagnosis,to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.%目的：分析不典型脑膜瘤的MRI表现，提高脑膜瘤的MRI诊断率。方法收集经术后病理证实的脑膜瘤13例，回顾性分析MRI表现特点。结果颅眶沟通性脑膜瘤4例，扁平状脑膜瘤2例，囊性为主脑膜瘤3例，放疗诱发脑膜瘤1例，多发性脑膜瘤3例（其中1例合并双侧听神经瘤）。结论少数脑膜瘤具有不典型MRI表现，在诊断时提高警惕，避免漏诊、误诊。
