季节因素对救护车内空气消毒效果的影响

摘要

目的：了解季节因素对救护车内空气消毒效果的影响，以更好地做好日常车内感染控制工作。方法对景德镇市医疗紧急救援中心2009年1月～2011年12月救护车内空气监测结果进行分析。结果3个年度1～3月、7～9月救护车内空气监测合格率情况为：2009年为79.34%和72.67%、2010年为87.64%和62.05%（P＜0.01）、2011年为92.06%和80.25%（P＜0.01）；救护车后车厢和驾驶室空气监测合格率情况为：2009年为79.64%和56.41%（P＜0.01）、2010年为91.07%和81.46%（P＜0.01）、2011年为87.79%和72.93%（P＜0.01）。结论季节因素对救护车内空气消毒效果有影响，7～9月应加强空气消毒质量的管理，尤其要加强对后车箱内环境的消毒隔离措施的落实情况。%Objective To understand the influences of seasonal factors on the air disinfection efficacy in ambulances and to do the daily air infection control work in the ambulances better. Methods The statistics given by Jingdezhen Medical Emergency Rescuing Center of Jiangxi Province about air monitoring results were analyzed in 2009 January to 2011 December. Results In 3 years from January to March, July to September rate for qualified air monitoring:79.34%and 72.67%in 2009、87.64%and 62.05%in 2010 (P<0.01)、92.06%and 80.25%in 2011 (P<0.01);The Air monitoring qualified rate for the back of the car and driver's cab:79.64%and 56.41%in 2009 (P<0.01)、91.07%and 81.46%in 2010(P<0.01)、87.79%and 72.93%in 2011 (P<0.01) . Conclusion Seasonal factors have influence on the effect of air disinfection in the ambulances and the management of air disinfection quality , especially the implements of isolation and disinfection measures in the back of ambulances should be strengthened.
