目的：评价6年来鹰潭市第四轮全球基金结核病控制项目实施效果，为今后本市结核病防治策略实施提供科学依据。方法通过收集结核病专报系统、全球基金管理软件、项目监测等数据资料，对项目实施前后的评估指标进行对比分析。结果全市综合性医院疑似或肺结核患者报告率、痰检率分别从项目实施前的19.3/10万、45.4%上升至72.9/10万、95.2%；患者主动转诊到位率和追踪到位率分别从12.1%、35.7%上升至59.2%、85.6%；新涂阳患者发现率和治愈率分别从32.8/10万、85.2%上升至47.8/10万、95.3%。结论通过项目实施，切实提高了综合性医院与疾控中心间合作能力，确保了新涂阳病人发现率和治愈率分别达到70%和85%目标。%Objective The study was conducted to evaluate the performance of the fourth round of the tuberculosis control project inYingtan for six years. To provide the scientific basis for the implementation of tuberculosis prevention and control strategy of Yingtan . Methods The date of the tuberculosis special reporting system, the global fund management software and the project monitoring e were collected for comparative analysis of evaluation index before and after the project implementation. Results The report and sputum examination rate of the general hospitals Suspected or pulmonary tuberculosis patients had risen respectively to 72.9/10 million, 95.2%from 19.3/10 million, 45.4%before project implementation;The rate of active referral and follow-up of about patients had risen respectively to 59.2%, 85.6%,from previously 12.1%, 35.7%. The finding and cure rate of the new smear-positive patients had risen respectively to 47.8/10 million,95.3%from previously 32.8/10 million, 85.2%. Conclusion Through the implementation of the project, the Cooperative ability of general hospital and disease control Center had been effectively improved,and the rate of finding and cure of the new smear-positive patients had reached 70%and 85%goals.
