中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into the observation group and control group. The conventional treatment plan was used in the control group and the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treatment plan was used in the observation group. The clinical effect, blood rheology indexes and inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was better than the that of the control group, and plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group were lower than the ones of the control group. The IL-2 and IL-10 of the observation group were higher(allP<0.05).Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect to combine use traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, with better clinical effect, and lower level of blood viscosity and inflammatory factor.%探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法以广州市花都区花东镇中心卫生院2011年1月～2013年1月收治的60例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组（n=30）。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗方案基础上增加中医治疗，比较2组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后血液流变学指标和炎性因子水平的差异。结果观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组，血浆黏度及红细胞聚集指数低于对照组，IL-2和IL-10高于对照组，其差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可以有效提高慢性盆腔炎临床治疗效果，改善患者血液黏稠度，降低患者体内炎症反应水平。
