探讨中年妇女常见妇科疾病的临床治疗以及保健策略。方法以广州市越秀区妇幼保健院2011年1月～2012年1月收治的90例妇科疾病中年患者为研究对象，对所有患者进行临床检查，并采用随机分配的方法，将其均分成对照组和实验组（n=45），对照组患者进行常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗的基础上增加保健措施。对妇科疾病的发生情况以及保健策略的治疗效果进行分析和观察。结果经临床结果显示，妇科疾病中以妇科炎症居多，其次为尿失禁以及盆腔器官脱垂和妇科肿瘤。实验组的临床效果显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中年妇女的妇科疾病种类多样，在对临床疾病进行分析的同时，还要在常规治疗基础上加强对患者的保健，从而提高患者的治疗效果。%Objective To investigate the clinical treatment and care strategies common gynecological diseases in middle-aged women. Methods The clinical research were treated 90 cases of gynecological diseases gynecological middle-aged patients from January 2011 to January 2012 in Guangzhou City Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yuexiu District for the study, all patients were clinically examined, and using of random allocation method, all patients were divided into control and experimental groups, each group of 45 patients, the control group of patients with conventional therapy, the experimental group increased health measures on the basis of conventional therapy. To analysis and observe the occurrence of health and treatment of gynecological diseases strategy.Results The clinical results showed gynecological diseases gynecological inflammation in the majority, followed by incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse and gynecological tumors. Clinical effects in the experimental group were better than the control group, there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The middle-aged woman disease of department was gynaecology species diversity, to analysis of the patient's clinical disease, also need to combined with conventional treatment and care strategies for the treatment of patients, so as to improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
