糖尿病合并冠心病临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective To study the clinical treatment to diabetic coronary heart disease, analysis of diabetic coronary heart disease research progress of clinical treatment.Methods Select from March 2011 to March 2013 in the hospital for treatment of diabetic patients with coronary artery disease in 60 patients were randomly divided into a control group of 30 patients were experimental group of 30patients in the control group to be selected according to the patient's blood sugar levels drop blood sugar medication if ineffective for subcutaneous insulin injection therapy can be used in conjunction with isosorbide mononitrate; in the control group, based on the experimental group were treated with atorvastatin calcium capsules were measured and compared two groups of patients indicators.ResultsEach index of two groups of patients after treatment were obviously improved, and the experimental group after treatment in patients with serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol fell more obvious, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increases obviously, comparing two groups (P<0.05) difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium capsules can effectively improve diabetes and lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease symptoms of myocardial ischemia and effective suppression of plaque inflammation, significantly reduced the serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein, a significant effect, with the value of clinical application and promotion.%探讨糖尿病合并冠心病的临床治疗方法和治疗效果。方法选取糖尿病合并冠心病患者60例，将其随机均分为对照组30例和实验组30例，对照组根据患者的血糖水平选择降血糖药物，如果效果不佳可采用胰岛素注射液进行皮下注射治疗，配合使用单硝酸异山梨酯；实验组在对照组的基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙胶囊，测量并比较2组患者的各项指标。结果实验组的血清超敏C反应蛋白明显低于对照组，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显高于对照组。2组各项比较差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀钙胶囊能够有效改善糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血脂水平以及心肌缺血症状，并有效抑制斑块内炎症的反应，明显降低血清超敏C反应蛋白，疗效显著，具有临床应用和推广的价值。
