孕期饮食营养干预及体质量控制对妊娠结局的影响

         

摘要

分析孕期饮食营养干预及体质量控制对妊娠结局的影响。方法收集2011年12月~2012年12月广州市荔湾区妇幼保健院收治的120例孕产妇临床资料,随机均分为对照组与观察组(n=60),对照组接受常规产科检查,观察组采取孕期饮食营养干预及体质量控制等综合措施,最后分析2组孕产妇的妊娠结局。结果观察组剖宫产分娩率为20.00%,显著低于对照组的46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组围产儿平均体质量、巨大儿发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组孕产妇贫血发生率、羊水过少发生率、产后出血发生率对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取孕期饮食营养干预,控制体质量,可以减少妊娠并发症,改善妊娠结局,保证母婴健康。%Objective Analysis of the pregnancy nutritional intervention and weight control effects on pregnancy outcomes.Methods Collected from December 2011 to December 2012 in Guangzhou City Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liwan District treated 120 cases of maternal clinical data, were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each, control group received routine obstetric examination, observation group adopted comprehensive measures of pregnancy nutritional intervention and weight control, in thefinal analysis of the two groups of maternal pregnancy outcomes.Results The observation group were births was 20.00%,significantly lower than the control group 46.67%,significant difference, statistically significant (P<0.05). Observation group, the perinatal average weight and the incidence of macrosomia was significantly lower than the control group, significant difference, statistically significant (P<0.05).Two groups of maternal anemia incidence, the incidence of oligohydramnios, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, significant difference, statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Take the pregnancy nutritional intervention and weight control, can reduce pregnancy complications and improve the pregnancy outcomes, ensure the maternal and child health.
