顺铂联合平阳霉素行术前诱导化疗对舌癌患者的疗效探讨

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of cisplatin combined with pingyangmycin for preoperative inductive chemotherapy on the patients underwent tongue cancer. Methods Forty tongue cancer patients underwent operation were divided into two groups. combined medicine group and simple medicine group.The patients in the combined medicine group were administrated with cisplatin and pingyangmycin for preoperative inductive chemotherapy. The patients in the simple medicine group were administrated with pingyangmycin for preoperative inductive chemotherapy.The chemotherapeutic efficacy and complication in both groups were recorded. Results The chemotherapeutic efficacy in the combined medicine group was better than it in the simple medicine group.The complication were not significantly different between two groups. Conclusion Cisplatin combined with pingyangmycin for preoperative inductive chemotherapy are effective for the patients underwent tongue cancer and the complication are few.%目的：观察顺铂联合平阳霉素在舌癌患者术前诱导化疗中的应用效果。方法选取高州市人民医院收治的40例需手术治疗的舌癌患者，随机分为2组（n=20）。联合用药组患者术前诱导化疗时应用顺铂+平阳霉素，单一用药组则单用平阳霉素。记录2组患者肿瘤缓解情况和不良反应。结果联合用药组术前诱导化疗的效果比单一用药组好，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义。结论对舌癌患者行术前诱导化疗，顺铂联合平阳霉素效果更好，副作用少，值得临床推广应用。
