布洛芬混悬液与小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染发热临床效果比较分析

         

摘要

目的:探讨分析布洛芬混悬液与小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染发热临床疗效。方法选择上呼吸道感染发热的患儿156例,按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,分别用布洛芬混悬液和小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率98.7%与对照组96.2%相比差异无统计学意义,观察组每个时间段体温均值(服药后0.5 h(38.8±0.41)℃、服药后1 h(38.27±0.31)℃、服药后2 h(37.35±0.21)℃、服药后4 h(36.72±0.27)℃、服药后8 h(36.68±0.24)℃)均明显优于对照组(服药后0.5 h(39.07±0.39)℃、服药后1 h (38.68±0.25)℃、服药后2 h(37.68±0.36)℃、服药后4 h(37.74±0.27)℃、服药后8 h(37.85±0.26)℃),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论布洛芬混悬液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染发热与小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒相比,临床效果更显著,退热快、药效维持时间长。%Objective To investigate the analysis of ibuprofen suspension in children with upper respiratory tract infection, fever clinical efficacy in the treatment of pediatric paracetamol Huang Min particles. Methods From June 2010 to June 2011 on the treatment of pediatric hospitaltreatment 156 cases of fever in children with respiratory tract infection, according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively, with ibuprofen suspension and pediatric ammoniaphenol Huang Min particles treatment were compared between the two groups of children with clinical efficacy. Results Observation group total efficiency of 98.7%was not statistically significant difference compared with the control group, 96.2%in the observation group the mean temperature for each time period (after taking 0.5 h (38.8±0.41)℃, after taking 1 h (38.27±0.31)℃, after taking 2 h (37.35±0.21)℃, after taking 4 h (36.72±0.27)℃, after taking 8 h (36.68±0.24)℃) were significantly better than the control group (after taking 0.5 h (39.07 ± 0.39)℃, 1 h (38.68 ± 0.25)℃medication, medication 2 h (37.68±0.36)℃, after taking 4 h (37.74 ± 0.27)℃, after taking 8 h (37.85±0.26)℃, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Buprofen suspension for the treatment of children with fever andchildren paracetamol Huang Min particles compared to the clinical effect is more pronounced upper respiratory tract infection, fever, efficacy maintaining a long time.
