近来，危重患者胃肠功能不全的问题已越来越受到临床医生的广泛关注，因此在2012年欧洲重症学会对重症患者的胃肠功能进行了定义、分级、临床表现。急性胃肠损伤是指重症患者由于急性疾病引起的胃肠道功能障碍。但对于明确诊断急性胃肠损伤仍缺乏相应的敏感性指标，为进一步了解急性胃肠损伤的分级、临床表现、实验室监测、治疗等和对急性胃肠损伤存在的问题以及研究前景的展望，现就重症患者急性胃肠损伤的研究进展进行综述。%Recently, the problem of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the critical patients has received more and more attention from the clinician, so, in 2012, the European severe society for severe patients with gastrointestinal function have elaboratedof the definition, grading, clinical manifestations. Acute gastrointestinal injury is a gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by acute diseases in severe patients. However, the sensitivity index of the diagnosis of acute gastrointestinal injury is still short of the corresponding sensitivity. To further understand the classification, clinical manifestations, laboratory monitoring, treatment and other problems of acute gastrointestinal injury, and the problems of acute gastrointestinal injury and the prospect of the research. This paper summarizes the research progress of the acute gastrointestinal injury in the critically ill patients.
