滋肾疏肝方治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效研究

摘要

目的：观察滋肾疏肝方治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法采用滋肾疏肝方治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征患者98例，连续治疗3个月，观察用药前后患者性激素、KIM总评分的变化，评定其临床疗效。结果滋肾疏肝方治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征总有效率达90.81%；与用药前相比，E 2(pg/L)治疗前（28.91±7.46），治疗后（39.18±9.49）；LH(mIU/L)治疗前（40.08±8.74），治疗后（35.12±6.69）；FSH(mIU/L)治疗前（50.17±6.23），治疗后（41.74±5.78）；KIM评分治疗前（26.74±7.46），治疗后（12.35±6.52），差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论滋肾疏肝方治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征体现治病求本的中医思想，并且能够获得良好的临床效果，值得推广运用。%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Nourishing Kidney And Soothing Liver Decoction in treating perimenopause syndrome.Methods 98 perimenopausal women with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation were treated by Nourishing Kidney And Soothing Liver Decoction,continuous therapy for 3 months,to observe the changes of sex hormones and KIM total scores,and assess the clinical effect. Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rate reaches 90.81 percent.As compared with pre-administration,serum E2(pg/L) increase from(28.91±7.46) to(39.18±9.49),FSH(mIU/L) decrease from(50.17±6.23) to(41.74±5.78),LH(mIU/L) decrease from(40.08±8.74)to (35.12±6.69),all the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05),and the KIM total scores decrease from(26.74±7.46) to(12.35±6.52),the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Nourishing Kidney And Soothing Liver Decoction in the treatment of perimenopause syndrome manifests“Treating Disease from the Root”,and can obtain the good clinical effect.
