目的：分析产科病房实施母婴床旁护理的有效性，探讨其临床应用价值。方法选取分娩的300对产妇和新生儿为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，各150例。对照组给予传统的产科护理，实验组实施母婴床旁护理，评估2组产妇对新生儿护理技巧及健康知识的掌握程度，比较2组产妇对护理的满意度。结果对照组产妇对新生儿护理技巧及健康知识掌握程度的总掌握率为56.00%，显著低于实验组的90.67%；对照组产妇对护理的总满意率为76.00%，显著低于实验组的97.33%，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论产科病房实施母婴床旁护理可提高产妇对新生儿护理技巧及健康知识的掌握程度，并提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。%ObjectiveTo analyze the effectiveness of maternal and child care bedside implementation in the maternity ward, explore the clinical value.Methods300 cases were chosen and divided into two groups, each 150 cases. The control group was given traditional care, the observation group was given maternal bedside care, the mastery of health and care skills was assessed, the satisfaction with care was compared. ResultsThe total grasp of the control group on newborn care tips and health knowledge was 56.00%, lower than the observation group (90.67%);the satisfaction of the control group was 76.00%, lower than the observation group (97.33%), the differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). ConclusionThe maternal and child care bedside implementation can improve the grasp of maternal on newborn care tips and health knowledge, nursing satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
