连续蒸馏塔在回收糖精废液中甲醇的应用

         

摘要

介绍了连续蒸馏塔在回收糖精废液中甲醇的应用,并采用了直接蒸汽加热、蒸发式冷凝器、金属丝网填料和鲍尔环配合使用等新工艺,解决了提留段的堵塞问题,冷却时需大量循环水,电耗高等一系列问题,降低了糖精生产中的甲醇消耗,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益.%Application of the continuous rectification column in recovering methyl alcohol from saccharin waste liquid was introduced. Some new techniques including direct steam heating, evaporative condenser, metal wire packing and pall ring were used to solve a series of problems, such as stripping section blockage, massive circulating water demand during cooling, high power consumption and so on. At the same time, the methyl alcohol consumption in the saccharin production was lowered ,and good social efficiency and economic efficiency were obtained.
