To meet the need of producing "sulfur-free gasoline" from FCC gasoline in the case of minimal RON loss, Fushun petrochemical research institute ( FRIPP ) used OCT-MD technology to carry out research and industrial application test of producing sulfur-free gasoline. The results show that, through optimizing cutting scheme and using OCT-MD technology, the sulfur content of FCC gasoline is reduced from 399 μg/g to 4.2 μg/g, and RON loss is 2.0 units, which can offer flexible economic technical scheme for petrochemical enterprises of GB V clean gasoline production.%为了满足催化(FCC)汽油在辛烷值损失最小的情况下生产“无硫汽油”的需要,抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)采用OCT-MD技术进行生产“无硫汽油”的研究和工业应用试验.应用结果表明,优化切割方案,采用OCT-MD技术,可以将FCC汽油硫含量由399 μg/g降低到4.2 μg/g,RON损失2.0个单位,为炼化企业生产国Ⅴ清洁汽油提供了经济灵活的技术方案.
