已内酰胺生产工艺废水深度处理试验研究

摘要

采用流化床生物膜反应器(MBBR)臭氧接触池曝气生物滤池(BAF)砂滤超滤反渗透组合工艺处理已内酰胺生产废水，并开展了现场中试试验。中试结果表明，已内酰胺废水经上述组合工艺处理后，产水COD浓度在5 mg/L以下，电导率稳定保持在60μs/cm 以下，水质符合回用水质要求。%The combined process of moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR),ozonation contact reactor,biological aerated filter(BAF),sand filters,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis was used to treat chemical fiber wastewater in the pilot test. The results shows that COD of effluent after treatment by the combined process is less than 5mg/L,its electric conductivity is less than 60μs/cm. Therefore the effluent is qualified to reuse.
