FDS-1型加氢精制催化剂对焦化汽柴油深度加氢脱硫性能研究

         

摘要

在考察了FDS-1型加氢精制催化剂加氢脱硫性能,在抚顺石化公司研究院中试评价装置上,以焦化汽油、焦化柴油、催化柴油和直馏柴油的混合油为原料,进行国Ⅴ柴油生产工艺条件考察实验。结果表明,在氢分压7.5 MPa、空速1.5 h-1下,温度为330~340℃时,精制柴油硫、氮含量能够达到国Ⅳ质量指标,当温度为340~360℃时,精制柴油硫、氮含量能够达到国Ⅴ质量指标。%The hydrodesulfurization performance of FDS-1 hydrofining catalyst was investigated. The production process conditions of National V diesel were studied by using mixed oil of coker gasoline, coker diesel, catalytic diesel and straight-run diesel oil as raw material in a pilot test evaluating device. The results show that refined diesel can reach National IV quality standard when the hydrogen partial pressure is 7.5 MPa, space velocity is 1.5 h-1 and temperature is between 330~340 ℃;And it can reach Nation V quality standard when the temperature is between 340~360 ℃.
