一台反应釜压料管管卡脱落、壁厚减薄原因分析及建议

摘要

介绍、分析了一台上出料反应釜在首次检验时发现的压料管管卡脱落、封头局部减薄等问题，提出了解决方案及设计意见，并建议设备使用单位缩短新设备投用后首次检查、检验的周期，以延长设备使用寿命。%Some problems including pipe strap fallen off and local wall-thinning on elliptical head of a top discharged reaction vessel was introduced and analyzed. Solutions and design suggestions were proposed. It was suggested that the first period of examination and inspection after the new device has been used should be shorten.
