天然气长输管道防腐的重要性及防护措施

摘要

The buried soil environment often causes corrosion of the pipeline metal material, which can reduce the strength of pipeline, or even destroy the pipeline structure and shorten the service life of the pipeline seriously. In order to prolong the service life of pipeline and ensure the safe operation of pipeline, effective anticorrosion design plan and construction protection measures in the design and construction process of long transportation pipeline should be selected through analyzing the corrosion principle of metal.%　　天然气长输管道的埋地土壤环境，对管线金属材料形成腐蚀，会降低管线的强度，甚至破坏管道的结构，严重缩短管线的使用寿命。通过分析金属腐蚀原理，在天然气长输管道的设计和施工过程中，选择有效的防腐设计方案和施工保护措施，对管线金属材料进行防腐蚀保护，延长管线使用寿命，保障管线的安全运行。
