石化项目基础设计概算超可研估算的分析与控制

摘要

It is very important for a project to control the estimate effectively during the feasibility study period and basic design period in order to manage the whole project cost. In this paper, through analysis and research of some petrochemical projects whose basic design estimate exceeded the estimation of feasibility study, the reasons were found, and some suggestions on how to control the basic design investment were put forward.%　　项目前期的可研和基础设计阶段有效控制投资对工程造价管理至关重要。通过对石化行业一些项目基础设计概算超可研估算的分析和研究，剖析超概的原因，对如何在基础设计阶段和可研阶段控制好投资提出了建议。
