常减压节能降耗在线分析系统的应用

With the increasing emergency of the world energy supply, energy conservation and cost reduction are becoming more and more important. In order to carry out it , besides unit renovation and equipment renewal, “soft”method to tap the potential and improve efficiency, which is based on the on-hand devices and equipment, is attracting increasing attention. The process calculation simulating software is used to online calculate the goal of energy conservation and cost reduction, then suitable operating conditions are obtained, the goal of energy conservation and cost reduction is finally achieved, which is an extraordinary effective technology and measure.%　　随着世界能源供应的日趋紧张，节能降耗变得越来越重要。除了通过装置改造、设备更新等方法实现节能降耗的目标外，在现有装置设备的基础上，通过“软”手段进一步挖潜增效也越来越受到人们的重视，利用流程计算模拟软件在线计算装置的节能降耗目标，并给出适宜的装置操作条件，从而达到节能降耗的目的，是一种非常有效的技术和措施。
