基于 PHA-LEC 法在管道内涂车间的危险性分析

摘要

In order to better control the risks in internal pipe coating workshop, the risks of internal blasting, internal spray coating and cure oven operation were analyzed. The preliminary hazard analysis (PHA) was used to conduct a qualitative analysis, meanwhile LEC was used to calculate and evaluate the risks, and then the risk degree of the internal coating shop was determined, and some scientific protection measures were put forward, which could provide a scientific basis for management decision-making.%为了更好地控制管道内涂车间的风险，分别对内除锈、内喷涂以及固化炉操作等岗位存在的风险进行了分析，采用预先危险性分析法（PHA）对存在的风险进行定性分析，同时运用生产作业条件安全评价法（LEC）对风险进行了定量计算与评价，确定了内涂车间各岗位的危险等级，并提出了科学合理的防护措施，为管理决策提供了科学依据，有着重要的指导意义。
