一种环保型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备与性能研究

         

摘要

以聚酯多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等合成了水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。对含有亲水性羧基的高分子聚氨酯的制备过程进行了分析,实际应用结果表明:要合成性能优异的水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,需要采用水性聚氨酯乳液、固化剂、无机填料和助剂,这种高级材料制备的聚氨酯胶粘剂外观好、剥离强度强;将NMP作为溶剂,能够提高预聚体反应效率;如果要得到外观较好的半透明乳液,预聚体中DMPA用量必须控制在6%~8%左右,这些研究成果具有明显的理论和实际意义。%In this paper, a aqueous polyurethane adhesives was synthesized by polyester polyol, diphenyl- methane-diisocyanate (MDI) and 2,2-Bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid (DMPA). The preparation process of polymer containing a hydrophilic carboxyl was analyzed. The practical application results show: in order to synthesize polyurethane adhesive with excellent performance, the adhesive require the use of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, curing agent, inorganic fillers and additives.This polyurethane adhesive have good appearance and peeling strength.If NMP as solvent, can improve the reaction efficiency.If you want to get better emulsion, DMPA in the prepolymer should be controlled at around 6%~8%. These results have significant theoretical and practical meaning.
