MTBE装置职业病危害控制与防护管理措施

摘要

MTBE 装置生产过程中产生的有毒性危害的物质有甲醇、MTBE（甲基叔丁基醚）以及 C4组分正丁烷、异丁烷、异丁烯。通过对MTBE装置生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度进行分析，找出职业病危害的控制点，并采取相应的防护管理措施对策。%There are sometoxicmaterialssuch asmethylalcohol,MTBE(methyl tert-butyl ether), and C4 components of n-butane, isobutane, isobuteneinthe production of MTBEplant. Inthis paper,occupational hazards and the degree of harmin MTBE production processwereanalyzed.Controlpointsofoccupational hazardsweredetermined, and appropriate protective management measureswere put forward.
