E-51环氧树脂与甲基丙烯酸在三苯基膦为催化剂、对苯二酚为阻聚剂下于100℃反应,合成环氧甲基丙烯酸酯树脂,通过测定反应物酸值,适宜的反应时间为5 h。使用促进剂2-乙基己酸铜可使固化时间由20 min 缩短至30 s,其固化30 s 后的拉伸剪切强度15.2 MPa 为固化24 h 后拉伸剪切强度的88.9%。%Methyl acrylate epoxy resin was synthesized by the reaction of E - 51 epoxy resin with methylacrylic acid in the presence of triphenylphosphine as catalyst and hydroquinone as inhibitor at 100 ℃.By testing the acid value of reactants, appropriate reaction time of 5 h was determined. Using accelerator copper 2-ethylcaproate can make the curing time reduce from 20 min to 30 s, and the tensile shear strength can reach 15.2 MPa accounted for 88.9% of the tensile shear strength after curing for 24 h.
