三种转子密炼机混合特性对比分析

         

摘要

Using the finite element method, the flow and mixing characteristics of three kinds of rotor mixers including 4WS, 4WH and 6WI were compared and analyzed. 3D geometric modeling of the three kinds of rotor mixers were carried out by using Pro / E software, mesh partition of the rotor and the flow field was carried out by using Gambit software, and bird-Carreau constitutive model was used to describe the mixing machine processing fluid characteristics, the flow field was calculated by using POLYFLOW software. the distribution of fluid in the three kinds of mixers was described by using instantaneous and average mixing efficiency, separation scale parameters. The results show that, due to the varying gap structure of 6WI rotor mixer, it has more complex flow field structure, and relatively high mixing distribution.%采用有限元法,对4WS、4WH 和6WI 三种转子密炼机流体的混合特性进行了对比分析。利用Pro/E 软件对三种转子密炼机进行三维几何建模,使用 Gambit 软件对转子及流场区域进行网格划分,采用Bird-Carreau 本构模型表征密炼机加工流体特性,利用 Polyflow 软件进行流场计算。利用瞬时和平均混合效率、分离尺度等参数来描述三种密炼机流体的分布混合。计算结果表明,由于6WI 转子密炼机的变间隙结构,具有较为复杂的流场结构,以及相对较高的分布混合特性。
