以氨基磺酸(SA)为掺杂酸,用二次插层的CTAB2-Ni1-MMT为无机主体,制备了PANI/ CTAB2-Ni1-MMT纳米复合材料。研究了CTAB2-Ni1-MMT量对产物PANI/CTAB2-Ni1-MMT电导率的影响,并与以一次插层的CTAB-MMT为无机主体制备的PANI/CTAB-MMT进行了比较,结果表明PANI/CTAB2-Ni1-MMT的电导率较好,并对其进行了FT-IR、XRD、TG分析。%The conductive polyaniline/second-insert organic bentonite nanocomposites were synthesized using sulfamic acid(SA) and CTAB2-Ni1-MMT. The effect of content of CTAB2-Ni1-MMT on the conductivity of the product was studied. This two insert methods were compared. The results indicate that the conductivity of nanocomposites prepared by second-insert method is better. The conductive nanocomposites were characterized by FT-IR, XRD and thermogravimetry.
