不同含磷物种对氧化铝性质的影响

         

摘要

采用NaAlO2-Al2(SO4)3法制备拟薄水铝石,在制备过程中分别加入不同的磷源前驱体,考察不同含磷物种对拟薄水铝石孔结构、热稳定性和红外酸的影响.结果表明:在合成拟薄水铝石过程中适当引入助剂磷能够制备出大孔容、大孔径的拟薄水铝石;磷改性拟薄水铝石的孔容、孔径与磷源前躯物盐的分子结构有关,其中,以单斜晶系晶体的磷酸氢二铵为磷源合成的拟薄水铝石的孔容、孔径最大,而以磷酸二氢铵为磷源的拟薄水铝石耐高温性能最强,酸性最高.%Pseudo boehmite was prepared byNaAlO2-Al2(SO4)3 method. In the process of preparation, different phosphorus precursor was added, and effect of different phosphorus species on the pore structure, thermal stability and infrared acid of pseudo boehmite was investigated. The results showed that the pseudo boehmite with large pore volume and pore size was prepared by adding phosphorus in the synthesis process, which has related to the molecular structure of phosphorus precursor salt. The pseudo boehmite has largest pore volume and pore size by adding the diammonium hydrogen phoshate of monoclinic system. The pseudo boehmite has strongest thermal stability and total acid by adding the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.
