Ceramifiable flame retardant rubber is a new type of fireproof material with good performance; it can be applied to make fireproof cables. This material has as good as performance of ordinary polymer at room temperature, and a fireproof ceramic protective layer can be formed under high temperature. In this paper, composition, decomposition mechanism, ceramization mechanism, packing, preparation and application of ceramifiable flame retardant silicone rubber were introduced.%新型防火材料可瓷化橡胶是一种性能良好的新型防火材料,其可应用于制作防火的电线电缆的原材料.这种材料常温下同普通聚合物一样性能良好,高温时可以形成陶瓷保护层,与火焰隔离起到防火作用.本文从可瓷化硅橡胶组成、分解机理、瓷化机理、填料、制备工艺、应用等方面进行阐述,以期对实际应用有所帮助.
