月桂酰基谷氨酸钠促进江河水体面源污染油生物降解研究

         

摘要

The potamic water surface polluted oil biodegradation accelerated by sodium lauroyl glutamate was studied by mean of substrate microbe-type microbe in potamic water.The results show that the sodium lauroyl glutamate can acceletate biodegradation of pollution oil which containing diesel oil,internal-combustion engine lubricating oil and hydraulic pressure lubricating oil.Its biodegradation mechanism is inferred that the sodium lauroyl glutamate can effectively decrease interfacial tension of the culture fluids and accelerate microorganism reproduction.This indicates that the sodium lauroyl glutamate as surfactant can on one hand increase the contact areas of oil and water,thus providing more opportunity for microorganism to take up the substrate.On the other hand,the sodium lauroyl glutamate acted as microbial nutrition to promote microorganism growth,thus increasing microbe populations.As a result,the biodegradability of polluted oil was markedly enhanced.%以江河水体中典型微生物为本源微生物,考察了月桂酰基谷氨酸钠对江河水体中常见的面源油污染物生物降解性能的影响.结果表明:月桂酰基谷氨酸钠可明显促进柴油、内燃机油、液压油污染的水体中油污染物的生物降解性能,其降解作用机理是由于月桂酰基谷氨酸钠的表面活性剂作用,增强了烃类化合物从不可被微生物利用的非水相到可以被微生物利用的水相的传质速率,进而增大了烃类“暴露”于微生物细胞膜的浓度,使微生物与底物接触机会增多,另一方面作为微生物营养物质加速了微生物生长与繁殖,使微生物数量增多,两者共同作用促进了污染油的生物降解.
