电抗器用玻纤纱/环氧树脂复合材料最优含胶量的研究

摘要

Glass fibre reinforced epoxy resin is a kind of glass fiber reinforced plastic.Because of its good electrical insulating performance and mechanical performance,so it is widely used in coating insulating layer of the dry hollow reactor.In this paper,the best proportion of glass fiber yarn and epoxy resin in the glass fiber/epoxy resin composite materials was mainly studied.Because of good electrical insulation of cured epoxy resin itself,its mechanics performance was tested and evaluated,ultimately the optimal proportion of the two was determined.At the same time,an industry standard was established.%玻璃纤维纱增强环氧树脂是玻璃钢的一种,由于其良好的电气绝缘性能及机械性能,所以在干式空心电抗器包封绝缘层中被广泛使用.主要研究了玻纤/环氧树脂复合材料中玻璃纤维纱与环氧树脂的最佳比例,因环氧树脂固化物本身具有良好的电气绝缘性,故只针对其力学性能进行测试和评估,最终确定出二者的最优比例,同时确立一个行业的标准.
